What is your soil PH?
How have you prepared your ground?
What fertelizers have you used to treat the ground?
What type of seed have you bought? Whitetail Clover etc...
I never seen anyone just say - tomorrow I am going to plant a couple of food plots. Usually it takes weeks and months of preperation before you can do it.
Knowing which plant will grow in your area, what the moisture content is of the soil which you plan on planting on. What the Ph is, how much shade is in that area. If what you plant will grow with that amount of shade etc...
It would be like a farmer waking up in the morning and saying that tomorrow I am going to plant something in my fields. I don't know what I am going to plant, but I am going to plant something.
You could end up with a field of watermelons in the middle of the Sahara desert.
