Purple Whole Peas-Food Plot????

Purple Whole Peas, does anyone have any expierence plating this as a food plot? If so how well does it work? Are there things a lot better? Thanks in Advance, Trott.

They are Purple HULL peas. Sure deer will eat them up, but for a summer forage I would go with Iron Clay peas or Lablab.
