Food Plot ??????
I have 40ac,and i have too food plots on it.one is 3/4 of an ac,the other is 1/2 an ac..they are about 100 yards from each other.i had to put then were i could,because of the hills,and vallys here were i live.my ?????? is the 1/2 ac plot i have,i can make it bigger,maybe double is size..should i made it bigger or live it like it is???it would the the critters a little bit more to eat on.. i have winter wheat in the 1/2 plotand clover in the 3/4 plot..if i make it bigger i will plant corn,milo, clovers...help me if you can wasp

I would definitely increase the size of the plot, especially if you have a good deer herd. I wish we had room to make all of ours at least two acres (preferably 4), but the paper companies don't like them that large.

Double the sizes and plant a forage one year and annuals next to it for 2-4 years. As the forage ages the annuals may be replanted with a perenial forage and the forage killed off after the new planting comes on line. Good rotation...
