The cows got in my soybean patch, which had just sprouted out
great. I wanted to know if the plants will make after the leaves
have been eaten. They were a good three to four inches tall,
before the cows got in. I thought I read somewhere that if the
beans were past the two leaf stage, they would grow back. Please
say they will!!!

That sucks, I'm sure those cows can do some serious damage in a hurry! I hope you keep them out! I was worried about the frost we had a couple of days ago killing my Soybeans! As of now everything looks good, they made it!

Soybeans are VERY sensitive to over browsing the first 6 weeks of their growth. IF the cattle attack was during this period then your plot and it's yield have been devastated. If this is the case then your best bet would be to replant soon. I'd certainly rather replant it NOW then risk waiting to long to see that the plot is ruined. Good luck
