Default Attraching Illinois Pheasants

I am just curious to see what you guys think works the best to attrach some more ringnecks in my area. I am going to be planting a food plot next to creek ditches which have corn and soybeans on each side. One of the creek ditches has some clover on it. I was leaning towards Sorgum what do you uys think?? Also will pheasants go after Sunflowers?
