If a person had access to say 12,000-15,000 acres of prime hunting
ground in Southern IL and provided a lodge. What would a fair lease price
be for a big Corp. to lease out annually? Thanks for any help!

It would probably be over $100,000.......and that is a conservative estimate based on about $7.50 per acre.

I would also be providing an outfitting service that would take clients and
owners of the corp. hunting. I would be constructing a very nice lodge. Just trying to figure up a reasonable figure to quote for services and land lease. thanks.

Sounds like it'd be awesome getaway for people in your corporation provided you can come up with that kind of money. What kind of corporation you doing it for?
