i would hang it up. i got a nice 8-point on my wall that is my uncles but i dident shoot it so i just hung it up on my wall.

No reason not to hang it on the wall. I think I would try to find some of the relatives of the tennant and see if there was a story about the deer, where it was harvested, etc.

there is nothing wrong with hanging a nice mount if its not yours. They are ment to be shown so why not. If the people didn't want it, I would have took it because i appreciate the out doors.
