Deer eat meat!
yea that got my attention also, I work with a guy that is almost as avid a hunter as I am and he said he read an article where they actually documented that deer will eat baby birds out of a nest if it is low enough. I had never heard of this before, anybody else ever hear of it?

grag I asked him the same thing and the answer was no, they were eating the chicks.

ive heard of them eating muscles or clams or something of the sort in the allegheny river..my dad told me and he either watched it or was told by someone he truely believes or he wouldnt pass the word along...i think he watched them eat the "seafood" lol...but i believe it...
