My brother has an old barn he shuts calves up to wean and he feeds them sweet feed, similar to horse feed. The deer will crawl through a hole under the gate and go in and eat the sweet feed with the calves. You can drive up quietly and it sounds like a small tornado when they start hitting the way out.

A feed store in town sells their own little mixture of salt, oats, crushed corn,(and a few more ingredients that i can't remember) in certain proportions as deer feed. just dump some in any area you want, and supposedly the deer just love it, but i've never tried.
I don't think that there would be a livestock feed that deer would turn from. they'd probably eat hamster food if there was some around
