I live in WI so this kinda effects me. but i say we go ahead with it. not to be mean or anything but the last thing i want is a huge population of feral cats. cats can and do destroy property but what can you do if there isn't a season? but also, i dont think that it'd be right to be shooting cats with collars.
And the stuff about trap and release, whatever. i doubt people are going to take the time to go out, trap cats, neuter them, then release them. the only people that are going to do that are the 200 or so who just LOVE cats. i mean, get real.

Why? are you currently a cat poacher?

---sorry, no offense to you live2hunt--its just that this whole thing seems a bit ridiculous

Honestly, I think there is plenty of other things to worry about in this day and age to preserve the sport of hunting. George Taulmans(USO) fight to eliminate the "little man" in hunting, is among the top.

If that catch and release program were to come from my taxes I'd be pissed! These animl people better find a way to fund this program themselves!

There have been intelligent debates on this issue before in this forum that were surprisingly productive. However, considering the title of this thread, not to mention some of the deleted posts.... which were in violation of HNI rules...consider this one locked.
Debate and discussion is one thing when done right...you do not even have to be PC about it.... However much of this is against HNI rules and as such is not going to be tolerated. In the future your cooperation would be very much appreciated.
