I need some help!!! There is a competition going on between me and the guy that owns the land across from me. We are both trying to bring the bucks in our area and i was wondering what can i do to "outdo" him and draw the bucks more to my side of the fence.

You'll both do a lot better if you work together. Otherwise, ya'll will both get caught in the "if I don't shoot him, my neighbor will" syndrome.
