I don't know why I thought a wanna-be lawyer would have any common sense, I believe you're comment was using the term "all about the money." Everyone has to get paid something for a job, but these guys aren't making anything compared to what they are risking, so to them, it is not "all about the money" like it is with lawyers. I wish we would switch the salaries of soldiers and lawyers, they certainly deserve it more.

I sure wish you libs would learn how to make rational arguments, it might be more fun to have a challenging debater rather than someone you have to explain everything to.

it is really amazing how the "liberals" can get blamed for just about anything. do people know (maybe realize is a better word) that there are lawyers that just happen to be conservatives????? and don't try and tell me they are any different, as far as their "greed, shiftiness, etc, etc" - i bet there are many that take cases like Vang's or frivilous (sp.??) lawsuits.

it must be nice to be able to blame all the problems in the world on liberals. i guess if it make you all sleep better at night......

Oh come on doughboy. Are you trying to tell me that the judge was a conservative too? Crap like that should be thrown out of court the 1st day. Frivilous(sp?) lawsuits are all over the place. We now live in a sue happy society and to be honest it's very, very sad. If I'm way off track with the whole "liberal" thing....explain it to me why so many people are awarded $$ because of their own stupidity and that certain people think that others should be acountable because mom and dad couldn't instill some common sense. Walmart, McDonalds and countless others.
