I feel it's not the kill, it's the thrill of the hunt. It's just so great being out there and seeing a deer wonder around your stand having no clue you are even there.

I have no remorse after killing an animal. I fundementally believe God presented an animal for me to take and I feel no remorse for it, rather I feel thankful to the lord for giving me this gift. I will say that it is harder for me to kill a trophy then a cow or doe. I used to get excited about trophy whitetail bucks, but anymore I would just as soon kill a doe for the meat. A big bull,however, is a different story.
