Peek a boo! He's messin with me!

I have to know if anyone has had this happen to the, too! I have been trying to arrow a particular deer for a couple weeks now. Getting closer and closer. Problem is, I think he's fully aware of all that goes on in his house. He seems to enjoy screwing with me. Of the last 5 times I seen him, twice he came around back of me and snorted like he was saying "Hey dummy, over here." I slowly turn and see him looking at me and he just strolls away. Other times he comes out of woods to field edge just at limits of my shooting lanes and ability and comes in field and puts his butt to me and walks away in a semi-circle to field where he usually looks back at me.
HE'S MESSING WITH ME!
If this is some sort of game, I sure hope I get to win just one hand.

i got a big buck that lives right around my house,i have seen him 3 times this season but never when i got a weapon in my hand. I came up the driveway twice at night and he was in the yard ,the third time i was going to feed the dogs one morning and there he was standing in the garden just looking at me ,i stood still and watched him a few minutes and he walked back into the woods. He has 4 or 5 does that live right around here that eat up my garden ever year so i don't think he's going nowhere untill he breeds them. He's a massive ten point with a few kicker's.Every night he walks all around my place making tracks and working his scrapes letting me and the doe's know he's there and ready. This is the second year i have seen him and the times i saw him last year were about the same way.I have a 25 foot ladder stand out back and he has a scrape right beside it. I have sat there all day from before first light till dark. My stand overlooks two food plots and a bunch of thick brush the doe's come out all the time while I am in the stand but he will only get close enough to let me hear him grunt.Maybe the doe's will get him so worked up before long he will come out in the light.I will take a few shots with my camera afterwhile from the stand so you can see my layout.
