I am making a bow and arrow rack in shop class and for one of the pieces instead of cuting out a decorative piece (i'm not real good with the band saw) a left it plain. What my plan is to paint a deer, some trees and maybe my name. Well I am an ok artist but I need something to draw from. I was wondering it you all could help me out by posting pics of your deer. Camtraker pics will be reall good because I want to draw living deer. Or it you have any tips on drawing deer help me out. I was thinking either a big buck looking right at you just the head and antlers, or one walking laterally. The board is 3 inches wide and about 26" long. I traced the body on to a paper and made it bigger. It doesn't look too bad. I have trouble drawing the face when the deer is looking the deer is look at me. I can do antlers ok because no two deer are alike. If you say "just do a search" I already did. none of the old pics work. I figured you guys would help me because who wouldn't want to show off their deer. Any input will be apriciated.

Thanks alot guys. I can probaably get pictures talken by my friend who has a digitas camera. It'll probably be at least another week.

I stained the wood today so I should start working on painting it next week. My school's girl's basketball team goes to the final four in columbia tomorrow.
