For fall food plots we always use a mixture of oats, rye and wheat. We do not have large enough plots to plant soybeand or corn or we would. One year we tried some Biologic Fall and it proved to be non-attractive to the deer in our area.

I heard that deer don't like to eat soybeans. I would go corn and crabapples. and Alfalfa

Corn/wheat/alfalfa... they'll all attract deer as good as the other IMO.

We have several food plots on our hunting ground. Year in and year out, Alfalfa/ orchard grass plot sees the most deer. Red clover plot the next best.

Corn and Alfalfa seem to be the best around where I hunt.

I would say corn is always a good bet but, if there is only one place where soybeans are planted they will destroy them in no time.I hunted one year in such a situation and the farmer had to go with the deer crop damage area on his place. He said it would be the last time he planted soybeans with the way the deer flocked to his farm.
