Default Old One horn

Was in timber yesterday and had the one sided buck show up...I would venture to say his total length on that side ids over 14 inches....be interesting to watch through the summer

Dude, whats up with that? The only one that Ive ever heard of only growin one side was on one of my properties I hunt on. We call him Righty, but the mass is incredible on him. And the beam must be at least 3ft., tines are kinda short but I would love to get his head on the wall just cause its unique

western MO...south of KC...

Best I could tell there was nothing on the right side and a fully developing left side, the good side was just starting to branch. He didnt hang out over a cold beer to talk so I didn't get a lot more detail but it was no doubt one side only.

I dont have a pic of him...i didnt get him on the trailcam before I took it down and with cattle in there till august, All id get are black heifers...

it seems like i see at least one 1 antlered deer every year, although they are always a young 1.5 year old buck that had it broke off or for some reason didn't grow one

i have shot a couple, one was broke after hardening and was infected and one was damaged in early development
