Hunting Leases
#12
In Texas if you want to hunt you had better know someone who has land, buy your own, or lease. Public land is few and far between. When you get there its over hunted and a war zone.
To lease or day hunt? Day hunts you never know what you are going to get into. A Lease you can set up your hunting and camping area. Go there when you want. You can even get mad as hell when the price goes up knowing there is nothing you can do about it.
I have been looking at buying but so far the price has been $$$$$$$$$$$! $ 5 to $900/acer for unemproved ranch/farm land with no or little water.
I just need to win the LOTO! lol
