I think it was an attempt at a Lawyer joke.
The Elk found dead and or dying are very near my hunt area. Speculation going around is they were 1. Run to death 2. Poisoned
A few animals were sent to a forensics lab to rule out speculation but as of yet there's no word on the cause of their demise.
280 cow elk is a great impact on a not so large numbered herd.
