Isn't much you can do..maybe move the foodplot, cuz he isn't breaking any laws by placing a stand near yours.

go to youre neighbor and ask him if he wants to hunt that bad to help you build some more food plots. if he says no go urninte around his tree stand and that will cure his hunting.

There are tresspass laws that might cover this. As far as his stand it's on his property, right? But the food plot is on your property, right? He is intentionally hunting the food plot on your property hoping to get a harvest. He is conspiring to tresspass. How will he retrieve the game without tresspassing?
You need to get a video camera for proof he is doing this. Also go pay a lawyer who is willing to file papers in court to get a court order for him to stop.
It can be done, and has been done.
A person doesn't have to be ON your property to break the law, conspiring to do something is breaking the law.

The burden of prood would be on you to show he was trying to shoot a deer on your land. I don't see how this would be possible, he could always say he's shooting deer only on his land.
I'd try and catch him shooting a deer, video tape him, and press charges.

I would glass the field as much as possible and find out where the deer are coming from and intercept them before they reach the field. Hunting right over green fields is over rated in my experience anyway. Except for the rut phases. Don't let that weekend warrior screw up your concentration. Good Luck
