Have you tried knocking on the door and asking for permission? Sounds like paradise.

I would try and ask first, but usually if it is posted it is because someone screwed up while hunting. All you can do is try to lure them to your land as others have stated, with either food plots,or good bedding areas. They may not hang around for long though, once the shooting starts they know where to go and be safe in hunting season. It is a tough one to solve.

Some land owners can be persuaded with a land lease deal. Money talks, unfortunate as that is.

I'm with mhogan, ask permission. You might be surprised at the results. From my experience, many people post their property to GET people to ask permission or to minimize the trespassers during hunting season.

You can do what I do. Hunt the property accross the road and enjoy watching them when there is nothing going on where you are. I know it is not the answer you want, but it is all that I can do. I am still working on the guy that owns the property so I can put a deer cam out there and look for sheds, but so far no luck.

Always adding Deer Cam picts. Check often.

Ask to hunt, maybe people before have asked in an impolite way. Come across as a resposible person and you would be surpriced how much niceness gets you.

Offer to lease the property, and be prepared to offer hunters liability insurance. Improving your property is probably the best route to go, don't kill a lot of does and when the rut starts the bucks will be coming over to your property anyway.
