I didn't go this eve, got off work at three pm. Looked outside and see the almost full moon rising with sunset.
Is this a prime time for deer movement?
Any experiences?
I should have gone hunting, but been working for two weeks straight with no days off, starting this week though MUCH time for hunting!

Don't care much for the full moon unless I'm driving the next day. Deer move under that moon and are gone come am. But if you can get em and moving it can work. But that is just my opinion which is like a ---- well you know!

well they say when the moon is overhead its prime time. i saw 6 deer all day and five of them were at 11:30 and one right at dark. we know deer move at night during a full moon but what time of night is the question. I'd say almost all deer move sometime during daylight every day. more in the middle part of the day towards the end of the season and full moon.
