thanks, i was sitting on a corner of an 8 acre hilltop cut soybean field, he came through downwind of me on a foggy morning, about a week after peak breeding, i had some tinks 69 gel out at the time, i think he came in after getting a good whiff, heart shot with a 12 guage, he ran about 50 yards before expiring

Tazman, here is the 8-pointer that beat him out, he is currently at the taxidermy shop, got him with a bow Nov. 8th, same 200 acre farm in southern indiana as the 7-pointer
