And The Story Goes On.
I have been working 12hr. shifts for several days and will have them till the Sunday after Thanksgiving.[:' (][&o].
that being said,I haven' t been able to stay up and hunt much(a little).
this morning my wife went alone again.about 10:15 she came into the driveway blowning the horn.I knew she had done something.I got dressed as she came in.she had shot a buck and he crossed the property line,so she came and got me.
we went back to the property and I found blood.I went across the line about 50 yards.there he was ,a real nice spike. ( That makes 3 for her this year)[:-][8D].
this one will go to a needy family.I called them tonight, they will come by the house tomorrow and get the meat.

Tree climber, sorry to hear about the long shifts. I know that must be frustrating during the season.
Congratulations to your wife! I commend both of you for donating her kill. I know it will really go a long way in that family' s book.
