im in the same boat as both of you bad knees and heart problems are keeping me from hunting anymore. if i had a quad it would get me into the woods but they are too expensive to buy and upkeep along with it. i sold my 300 H&H and everything that goes along with the rifle as a package deal. wasnt using it anymore and wanted it to go to someone who would put it to use again. too good of a rifle to sit in the safe and not be used. good luck with it Jake.
