You can also get a map of the Oconee National Forest from the US Forest Service. Part of Oconee is WMA, but there are a lot of areas that are just plain National Forest (so you dont have to buy the WMA stamp). Like I said, I mostly hunt the Oconee in Jasper County, and this seems to be as productive as any of the WMAs I have hunted. That is where I will be this Saturday.
