hey not bad but why do u hang those things upside down all the blood is just gonna sit in their heads. You usually hang them by there heads so it all flows out. BUt maybe there is a reson for it teach me something new. Congrats!

duck....we hang ours upside down when they are outside where there may be dogs yotes bears ect that might eat them.....so if they do get them the hind quarters are still good....usually anyways....i never had any thing get mine but if i cant get htem high enough and theres a chance i want to save the meat if possible....i dont know thats why i hung mine upside down once.....we didnt have man power to get it high and knew the neighborhood dogs might come...and the blood drains right out the nose....tehre may be other reasons but thats why i did it once.......
