IVE STARTED HUNTING BY A CREEKBED IS THAT A GOOD SPOT?JUST WONDERING.[][&o]

i' m a creek baby.... the critters just love it, even the turkeys.....try to hunt the edges or better yet , try to get in as far as you can....after you find your sign....this coming hunt i moved my stand from the marsh edge to a cypress dome....smack dab in the middle of it....lots of sign...just get in there and scout and be patient, wait for that splashing good luck to ya

yup....look for deer trail though and hunt just off trail
Got to agree 100%. position yourself upwind and be ready,the action could be fast and quick judgement reqired.

most deffinatley if sign is there, id be there, almost got run over one early afternoon by two doe and a very large buck (180-200# +/-) got a real quick shot but he zigged when he wasnt sopsed to..[]..

If they are using the creek bed to travel, it is one of the best spots. Look for signs
and stage downwind. Good luck

i shot my biggest buck (an 8 pointer) in a creekbed 6 years ago.
i shot my six pointer last year in a creekbed.
and does LOVE creekbeds as much as the bucks.
