I work on machines that produce NATO rounds. 270,000ish rounds every 24 hours

No gun work at all just ammo.

I also work on 30-06,wsm rounds,45 colt,.270.

***Man, that is cranking out the ammo. I'll bet that would be fun to watch compared to our home presses, LOL!

They are not really as fast as you would think. Just non stop chugging along assuming I have them running good. A lot of the machines are the same ones from ww2 era.

The nato machines are newer and nearly twice as fast but I have to deal with shellac on those and I have an operator sitting at the machine inspecting every round by hand.

Nato is proof annealed, shellaced on both ends, has a hotter primer, and every round is inspected by hand if you ever wondered what was done differently.

Oh I see. I don't follow that stuff. Where I'm from in IL might as well be a different planet than Chicago.

There are guns everywhere where I'm from and of course its the safest county in the state.

I don't know about now but not that long ago you could probably find 100 guns in the school parking lot.
