Is my buck a 6 point or an 8?

Probably scored as a 6 but my stories would tell him as an 8. HD.

Main beams count as a point whether broken or not. It's an 8 without any question.

They can't shore it as anything else. It will have main beam measurements and G3 measurements. I'm shocked that anyone could call it a six.

You shock easily. Those main beam points are broken right where the G-3's meet the beam, making it a 6pt, without any question. No other way to score it.

In Australia if you can hang a wedding band off it it's a tine. that'd be an 8 pt here.

Those main beam points are broken right where the G-3's meet the beam, making it a 6pt, without any question. No other way to score it.
So they wouldn't give it any credit for main beams if they scored it? Main beams are points. Just because they broke near the G3s doesn't stop them from being points.

I've never scene a B&C score sheet without main beam measurements.

8 point 6 point it doesnt really matter.it would only get scored for whatever inches of horn it has.its not like its a boone and crocket.congrats on your buck.

Hey, why not measure them based on the cubic volume they displace? Like a ship....
