Before buying deer hunting land, what kind of things do you look for in the land? What kind of questions do you typically ask before putting an offer in?

Deer and all the sign they should be leaving if it's decent and the only way to do that is walk the entire piece just like you already own it and want to put up stands, make a food plot, etc.

X2 also Id go around to the other property owners surrounding me see what they are harvesting or if they have a managment agreement amongst eachother.

Yep, as that's another very good tip! It would be a witch if some neighbor had the perfect piece of property and shot everything in sight or on the other hand didn't hunt or allow hunting on the place and all the deer went into that refuge once there is a little pressure put on them.
