I have tons of pictures of a young deer that has only one antler that is only about 3-4 inches long. Will this deer get a better set of horns or would it be a good buck to take off the property? Has anyone seen this and did the deer get some better head gear the next year?

Sure its a buck and not a doe? Last year I had two doe's running around with 1-2" spikes. Maybe its just an abnormal doe.

I thought it was a doe with horns as well but it is definitely a buck. I'm guessing he's just got poor genes. His body is skinnier than all the other deer in the are too.
