Right after the cut, I would also recommend speed scouting it a bit. Pay close attention to where they are coming out at. Have someone drive a truck into the field after dark, move all the deer off the field, and hang your stand. Find a spot down wind (prevailing). Hunt it the verynextday and maybe for the next few days.
