Look at the doe on the right. In addition to being skinny, she has some kind of injury to her left hip.

A lot of deer have shabby coats during the summer, many times with patches completely rubbed off. That's kind of what it looks like to me.

Look at the two black spots on the does hip, one above the other. When i blow the game camera photo up the area around the upper black spot seems swollen.

Sorry too hard to tell with your photo. If you wanted us to see it better, maybe a blown up photo could have helped. My eyes are getting too old to see this small.

Looks fine by me. She's a little thin, but not dangerously so. She does have fawns, so they may have taken a little out of her. The black spot on the hip looks simply like a spot with no hair. And I don't see any evidence of injury or swelling. She appears to be putting full weight on the leg after all.

Could be "Deer warts". I am not sure of the technical name. I only ever shot one that had them but they are common. It is an area that gets infected from ticks, wire or what ever and a spongy black growth covers it. Sometimes they even fall off. If that is what it is, it is nothing to worry about.
