ok
brown deer loin chops (however many ya need)
put in 1 quart or can of canned tomatoes...juice and all
maybe ad water as so it can cook a while
have elctric frypan on 350*
let cook...adding water every so often...don't let it run dry
add potatoes when ya have about 1 hour till ya wanna eat
(however many spuds ya want)
if making for a lot of people ya may have to use 2 electric frypans and more tomatoes
let boil the juice down so there is not much left (use as gravy)
,mash spud...put chunks of meat on spuds...cover whole thing with the tomatoe gravy stuff...enjoy
p.s. the longer ya cook it...the more tender the meat is....ususally for me I like at least 3-4 hours...depending on age of deer you can adjust time as needed to get the tenderness desired
I like lotsa meat and tomatoes.....hence the above....tweek as you like
