I have a pair of Cabela's 'Big Game Mitts'...they have 300 grams of thinsulate. I don't wear them very often, but when I have, my hands have never got cold. I wear a pair of light liner gloves underneath (thermax or thermastat) that help also. Sorry I can't help you with a glove recommendation...never found a pair that worked for me(at least not as well as mitts).
