july hunting

Default july hunting

I have recently got a farm permit to hunt in north carolina 24 hours a day. What would be the best time to go? dusk, dawn, or sometime in between? Ive been going at dusk but havent had much luck. thanks

Here in North Louisiana I usually don' t see many on our club till at least an hour or so after dark, I guess with all the timber harvesting going on our club I guess it takes that long for the woods to settle down.

Keep hitting it at dusk. Concentrate on Food Plots. I dont know about NC, but every time I drive home in NJ, I' m always seeing deer in the fields around 6pm.
