Wow this brings back memeries. I had to pee on the way up the to my hunting area, pulled the truck over and step out off the road that looked down this ravine. A big 4x4 was walking up the ravine so I waldeled back to my truck grabbed me rifle and shot it with my pants down.LOL. Another time I had to take a dump on the way up so I had my brother pull over so I could do my business, grabbed my rifle,
went into the bush when I was done, went back to the truck told my brother there is nothing there now LOL. Started driving not 60 yards when I saw 3 does and immediately started glassing for more.After a few minutes of glassing we predicted there was at least 15 does hearded up, so my brother dropped me off to drive further down the road while I sat and waited. about 30 seconds later..BOOM. My brother knocked over a 5x6 muley.Reguardless of how you do your business always be prepared.I try my best not to go to the bathroom in areas I expect to hunt, but expect the unexpected, and have your weapon close by.

I use a hot water bottle and after using it, it doubles as a hand warmer!

i dont worry with a pee bottle, ive seen too many deer go right by where ive peed and if they notice it they sure dont give an indication. My personal theory is that so many people pee in the woods just in the course of a year (campers, hikers, hunters not worried about smells like squirrel or rabbit, etc) that it just doesnt register to them. The only place i think id use one would be if i was seriously far back in the woods dealing with deer who may not have much or any human contact.
