My first buck
*Sorry for the bad pose, it took us a while to find the camera and by the time we did we already had it hung to start skinning it*
Well I have gone huntin a few times in my life but it was when I was a kid and was with my dad who always got bored easily so after an hour he was ready to go back. I had gotten a few doe on doe weekend and the occasional pig etc.
Flashforward to now, Im 22 and have been having an urge to get back into hunting especially since my inlaws have a property with feeders and stands set up all over it.
Got in the tree stand at 6 in the morning, feeders went off at 6:30 and this is what I got at about 10am, he was standing literally 20 feet away from me below the stand and never even got startled, I guess the army trained me to stay quiet pretty well. Its by no means a "trophy" but its my first buck so heres to beginnings.

Thanks guys, I was pretty pumped up about it, by tagging this one I missed the 10 point who I saw as I was climbing off the tree stand, he was about 50 yards off and flew into the woods, ahh well... maybe save him for next year
