Scored sons first whitetail
My son got his first whitetail which he is very proud of. We are new to hunting and a friend took us hunting with him for whitetail. It was both me and my sons first hunt. He was lucky enough to harvest his first whitetail. It was an 8 point which scored 100 4/8. We both enjoy hunting now and are hoping to go on another hunt soon. Hoping to post some pictures tomorrow.

Good job and congratulations on the great first deer. My first and only deer was a 7 pointer last year my first season as well. Get them pics up so we can lick our chops at your first Buck. Your up next good hunting to ya!

here are some pics. couldnt find the pics my son took with him for some reason but here are a couple before and after they skinned it. Also in the third pic, my son is wearing the red shirt. You can also see that in the first pic the deers eye is popping out. This was because it was our first hunt and when we went down to take a look at it he wanted to make sure it was dead because he got a really low shot on it so he shot it in the head 1 more time.
