and how is it set up???? I use to use a drag rag years ago but got away from it mainly because the rag or the string would get caught or hung in some brush. What ideas for a drag rag have worked for you??? Thanks!!!!

I made one using a 1 foot piece of wire and a couple of aligator clips with the boots. It is easy to clip onto the cuff of my pants and when I get to my stand, I just unclip and clip it on a nearby limb. For the rag part I use a couple of cotton balls that I store in a large pill bottle. The cotton balls don't last longer than a couple of hundred of yards, but I don't like to make longer drags than that anyhow.

I just put it on my boots too. I've seen someone just tie a tampon around their ankle using a little piece of string, then they just put it in a baggy and throw it out when they get home. Seemed to work well and be a good idea. They make things you can buy too that I've seen, but I've never bought any.
