If your only going to be there for a day or two why spend the money on a tag just to shoot a doe? You can do that at home way cheaper. Then with visiting and all your going to run out of time dude.

There is a State Park in Henry County about 20 miles from Anderson that has public hunting. I live close by but have never hunted it. I only hunt private. The good new is that Indiana has it's fair share of Bow Hunters but not a super high population, firearms season is the big on here. So most of the people that are in the woods on private land during bow season know a little more about hunting then the local hillbillies that go buy a shotgun at Wal Mart the night before firearms season and decide to become a deer hunter. You couldn't pay me to go into a public hunting situation during shotgun season.
