I guess that would be up to you...you're the one hunting him. If you even get the opportunity, you can decide in the moment either to let him go or take the chance that he'll be around next season.

You may have different standards than me, but if that bad boy walks within range of me, I am busting him! No doubt about it.

Thumbs up

I would take him if he passed by my stand,I would consider him a great Deer because he is much larger than any Deer I've had the chance to take. He looks like an Indiana Deer with that tall narrow rack instead of a wide rack. It truly is up to you and if you have not taken one larger than him then take him because your moving forward not backward in your standards for better Deer each year.

From the look of his body he is atleast a 3.5 year old deer, and maybe a 4.5 year old deer. If he walked by me I would take him, if I was able to calm down long enough to make a good shot:-)

id take him, but its all your decision. i mean if you have bigger deer, id wait for one of them, if not then id fling one at him

I guess I'm like some other replies. It depends on what else is running around your area. I don't know. He's a pretty good buck. Tough to pass. Good luck either way.

I would take him but if you have other bucks that are bigger and older i'd take one of them and let him go a year
