Default Found Dead Buck

Me and my buddy were doin' some shed huntin' and plinkn when we found this ol boy..thought I would share it with you guys..He was within bow range of my hang on stand..I had seen him twice this past season in good health in late october and early november out of the same stand..Bad feeling knowing he won't be there next year

Looks like he, literally ran himself to death, from the rut.
There was a segment about this, on deer and deer hunting.
The buck only thinks about, the ladies, and doesn't eat, or sleep, for days.
Then after so long, the organs just shut down, and then he dies.
So a lot of bucks literally run themselves to death.

Love Stinks, some times.

He was pretty torn up from the coyotes, so I couldnt really tell what had happened to him.

I'd say he died about at least 5 weeks ago noticing how the flesh on his nose is starting to rot away in the second picture.
