its a difficult call not knowing how bad the injury is but a few years back in january 05 i saw a 3 legged doe while driving, i thought she would die off but 2 my surprise i had her come by me in my stand in october 05, with 2 healthy fawns, then the following fall i saw her again with a pair of fawns, she was a very healthy and big doe, the following fall another hunter shot her.
