Default Going rate deer lease Jo Daviess Co.,IL?

168acres, mostly woods, but does contain I'd guess 30acre field, and borders other large fields, but those 2 other large fields are not on the property.

thinking about leasing out 1st and/or 2nd shotgun season rights.

Currently only two of us hunt this property, father/son, mostly only for bow...

Have ladderstands in place, which I think I wouldn't have a problem letting whoever leases use them.

Just trying to get some ideas from some of you guys with experience in this department?

What could I charge a guy to lease the seasonal rights?
Thinking all I need to do is hunt bow season, so why not lease out some shotgun seasons etc...?
We've been passing small bucks for years now, try to take does.

How many guys hunt both 1st and 2nd shotgun? would I be better off leasing out both seasons? or just 1st? or individually?

We personally have taken 186" buck, 151", then maybe a 140" this year? not saying monsters are walking around all over, do think there are mature bucks out there, just hard to get them...

Thanks for the suggestions/ideas/costs.

well ya get about 500 acres here fer 2k +/-..that's yearly, not one season, and ya hunt what ever ya want....maybe selling individual hunts is the ticket..if ya have 150 class and up walkin round your area....could score $350-$1200 a weekend..just depending...

A friend of mine hunts near stockton and he pays 1400/season for bow rights. The landowner also leases both shotgun seasons to another group for 1400 also. If that helps.

I believe about a 1000 acres 3/4 woods , 1/4 tillable, but if you know that area its very hilly country.
