Default Sons 2nd deer this year

The other day we were sitting in a blind this guy came walking
along the bottom of the hill. He made a great 70 yard shot on him, he ran about 40 yards.

Anyways, we went down found his track, found were he stood at the shot and nothing. no hair, no blood, nothing in 4"s of snow. followed his track for 15-20 yards and finally found a little bit of blood. We found more blood and he was right there, I couldn't believe the shot. quartering away, bullet came out right in front of his far shoulder, just a perfect shot. anyways, here is my son with his 2nd deer of his 1st season.

Have any of you guys had to cut the skull plate for a button buck, well I did yesterday. LOL

He was right in the 80-90 lb range I would say. We got 25 lbs of meat of him.
