Scents and calls don`t work for mature bucks?

Somebody should have told that to two of the P&Y bucks I have on the wall. The primos " can" pulled one in, and a grunt call pulled the other one in. They were both going to pass at a fair distance, but the calls stopped them, then turned them right to me.

Another P&Y buck I have died with his nose in a mock scrape freshly touched up with doe in heat lure. Admittedly, that buck came from up wind and just happened to run into the scrape. But once there the scrape and lure held him until I could get the camera running.

Maybe this stuff works better in some parts of the country than it does in others.

What is the matter deputy, find it hard to believe that I am 3 times more successfull than you at bringing home the bacon. Maybe it is because I am not worried about what people think of me when I know something that they cant quite grasp and follow through with it no matter how cocky it may seem. You just gotta grab the bull by the horns there pardner and dont let go.
I will think of you next time I see a fat cop at a dunkin donughts blowing his chops off about how stupid the rest of the population is and how high and mighty he is just because he wears a badge.

i have never claimed to be high and mighty or a know it all. i ,along with other members of my family spent their lives in law enforcement. my uncle made the ultimate sacrifice in 1975 when he was killed in the line of duty.it is not our nature to be a blow hard or know it all.
you have been very offensive to many by calling them names such as sucker.i just have to consider the souce of the statement. i see it now, amway,tupperware, andjack in the box. sounds like jobs for your ego.your maturity level shown here further proves that you do not know how to run a business. espically a successful one.
your knowledge of hunting seems to be in just the area where you are. people from all over the country have disagreed with you here. wonder why/

by the way. i do not wear a badge. it was a star. i do not wear it any more since i retired. i was injured in the line of duty trying to protect people like you. this caused me to have to retire. what sacrifices have you made

you must be reading something i am not.i have not been a blowhard about myself anywhere. it has been you who has been the blow hard about yourself.you made a statement and i answered it. i am just a ordinary guy with a ordinary life.i do not have to lie about myself to boost my own ego.this is why so many have disagreed with you here.

I think its time to let the dog lie on this one. I see no real purpose to continue what seems to be a personal discussion about who is who[:' (]. Last time I checked this was a hunting forum not a place to bash each other. We certainly don' t all agree with each others opinions, tatics or what have you but I see no postive info being generated from this anymore.....time to agree to disagree and if you want to keep it up take it to PM or email:(
