That weekend was bow only so Since the state requires 40# and he just can't quite pull it he goes with a camera and sits with me in a blind or one of our 2 buddy stands. He has been hooked ever since his first trip with me when I arrowed a doe. That was 4 years ago. Sure he has spooked some deer away from me us,but what we are sharing is priceless to me. He is also learning fast so I am not afraid to put him out on his own. That should really help cause his 3 year old twin brothers already went once and I think they are just as hooked!
