Anyone have any idea what these are?

Well, I have two comments. I have never seen anything like that on the inside of a deer. And, those are the most beautiful looking tenderloins I've ever seen. What do you do to get the inside of a deer to look so clean? Mine are always caked with blood and sometimes leaves.

That doe was shot face to face in the right side of the neck just off the throat (her left). I think it took the carotid artery cause there wasn't much blood left in her at all!
Still want to know what those little bloody jelly bean like things are though. Bigger than rice and way softer than a jelly bean. Only on the fat right there by the tenderloins.
